Launch Control ("we," "our," or "the App") respects your privacy. This app does not collect or store any personal or shop data. All product “Coming Soon” information, custom messages, and countdown timers are stored entirely within your Shopify store’s metafields.
The app only reads and writes metafields to display Coming Soon badges, messages, and countdown timers. No data leaves your store or is stored on our servers.
All support requests are handled through our Zoho Desk portal. You can submit tickets, ask questions, or report issues here: https://launchcontrolsupport.zohodesk.com/portal/. We do not expose any email addresses. Any information you provide through the portal is used solely to respond to your request and improve the app.
Since we do not store shop or personal data, there is no user data managed by Launch Control that could be accessed externally. Shopify and Zoho Desk handle all storage and security.
We may update this policy occasionally. The "Effective date" at the top indicates the latest version. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
